dc.description	The subject of freedom of opinion and expression under international human rights standards is very important, given its association first with one of the most important freedoms granted by any democratic system to individuals, namely freedom of opinion and expression. This freedom means that the individual has the right to express his or her opinion without the intervention of others. Freedom of opinion and expression is expanded to include all different media, from written, oral, visual and other. Due to the importance of freedom of opinion and expression, it has been organized by various international conventions such as the Charters of the International Bill as well as regional charters such as the European Convention on Human Rights... dc.description.abstract	إن موضوع حرية الرأي والتعبير في ظل المعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان موضوع مهم جدا بالنظر لارتباطه أولا بإحدى أهم الحريات التي يمنحها أي نظام ديمقراطي للأفراد، والمتمثلة في حرية الرأي والتعبير. وتعني هذه الحرية أن يكون للفرد الحق في ابداء رأيه دون تدخل من الآخرين. وتتوسع حرية الرأي والتعبير لتشمل جميع وسائل الإعلام المختلفة من مكتوبة وشفوية ومرئية وغيرها. ونظرا للأهمية التي تحظى بها حرية الرأي والتعبير فقد نظمتها مختلف المواثيق الدولية مثل مواثيق الشرعة الدولية وكذلك مواثيق إقليمية مثل الاتفاقية الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان......وهو موضوع دراستنا.	en_US
