| Abstract: | تحتاج الدولة إلى دستور لتنظيم العلاقة بين الحكام والمحكومين فالحكام مطالبون بالوصول إلى السلطة وممارستها وفقا للإطار الذي يحدده الدستور وفي المقابل ذلك يتمتع الأفراد بحقوقهم وحرياتهم التي أقرها لهم الدستور مما يجعلها في منأى من تعدي السلطة الحاكمة، وهذا ما جعل الدستور بمثابة الآلية التي يتم من خلالها التوفيق بين السلطة والحرية وفي هذا السياق ستحاول هذه الورقة التطرق لتعديل الدستوري الجزائري لسنة 2020 وعرض الأداء السياسي للقوى السياسية في مسار إقراره وتحليل المواد المعدلة من قبل باحثين متخصصين في هذا الشأن وصولا إلى عرض الوثيقة على الاستفتاء وإعطاء قراء تحليلية لنتائجه. |
| Description: | Any state necessitates a constitution in order to organize the relationship between the ruler and the ruled. In fact, the rulers are required to get access to authority and practice power within a certain framework set by the constitution. In turn, the individuals exercise their constitutionally -approved rights and freedoms that are immune from being violated by the ruling authority. This has made the constitution as a mechanism through which power and freedom are reconciled In this context, this study will talk about the Algerian constitutional amendment for the year 2020, present the political performance of the political forces during its approval, and analyze the amended articles by specialized researchers, leading to the referendum and giving analytical reading of its results |
