| Résumé: | تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد الإطار المؤسساتي لضبط النشاط المصرفي، أي تحديد السلطات الإدارية المستقلة في المجال المصرفي، مع دراسة مدى استقلاليتها. ومن خلال الدراسة تم التوصل إلى أن السلطات الإدارية المستقلة في القطاع المصرفي تتمثل في مجلس النقد والقرض وكذلك اللجنة المصرفية، وكليهما يتمتعان باستقلال نسبي. |
| Description: | Our study is interested in specifying the institutional framework for programming banking operations, in other words the definition of independent administrative powers in the banking field as well as their independence.
