dc.description	Our study is interested in specifying the institutional framework for programming banking operations, in other words the definition of independent administrative powers in the banking field as well as their independence. From our study we concluded that the independent administrative powers In the banking sector is represented in The council of money and credit the monetary council as well as in the banking commission, both have a certain autonomy.	en_US
