| Abstract: | تنتهي عقود تفويضات المرفق العام عامة وعقد الوكالة المحفزة خاصة إما نهاية طبيعية،بتنفيذ مضمون العقد "التفويض"أو بإنتهاء المدة المتفق عليها أوالمحددة قانونا أو تنظيما مما يؤدي الى زوال الرابطة العقدية، أو عن طرق نهاية غير طبيعية "مبسترة" بتدخل طرفي العقد، بناءا على إتفاق رضائي بين المتعاقدين أو من جانب منفرد للإدارة بما تملكه من سلطات يمنحها إياها البند غير المألوف كونها سلطة عامة |
