| Résumé: | عرفت الجزائر في الآونة الأخيرة ديناميكية كبيرة في مجال البحث العلمي تكللت بمجموعة من الأبحاث العلمية التي أثرت المكتبة الجزائرية، إلا أن هذا الموضوع لا يخلو من بعض التجاوزات التي قد تحدث تمس بالأمانة العلمية و ما يعرف بالسرقة العلمية، و التي قد تؤثر سلبا على البحث العلمي بانحطاط مستوى القيمة العلمية للأبحاث من جهة و على سمعة ومكانة الجامعة من جانب آخر إذ تمس نزاهة باحثيها. و على اثر ذلك عكفت الدولة الجزائرية إلى إيجاد سبل حديثة للحد من هذه الظاهرة و حماية البحوث العلمية باستخدام التطور التكنولوجي و الرقمي ذلك باللجوء إلى التوثيق الالكتروني و هذا بإحداث نظام الكتروني جديد و هو النظام الوطني للتوثيق على الانترنت SNDL وهذا ما يدفعنا للتساؤل ما مفهوم السرقة العلمية و ما اساليبها ؟ و فيما يكمن دور النظام الوطني للتوثيق على الانترنت SNDL في الحد منها؟ |
| Description: | Algeria has experienced a great movement in the field of scientific research that has resulted in a series of scientific research that has enriched the Algerian library, but this subject does not pass without excess can occur what is called plagiarism, and that negatively affect scientific research and achieve the scientific value of research on the one hand and the reputation of the university on the other. And this has led the Algerian state to find new ways to reduce this phenomenon and protect scientific research using technological and digital development by using electronic authentication and the creation of a new electronic system and is the SNDL national online documentation system, and this leads us to wonder what is plagiarism and what are their methods? And what is the role of the SNDL national online documentation system to reduce plagiarism? |
