| Résumé: | إن هنالك ثقافة عالمية آخذة في التشكل تتجاوز كافة الحدود الثقافية القومية أو المحلية الأخرى، قد يصف البعض هذه الثقافة العالمية الجديدة الآخذة بالتشكل بأنها ثقافة سطحية أو استهلاكية أو غزو ثقافي أو مادية أو غير ذلك، و لكن مهما كان الوصف المعطى، فانه لا ينفي الحقيقة القائمة ألا وهي أن مثل هذه الثقافة تنتشر و تسود على حساب ثقافات محلية و قومية عديدة ،وبذلك قد نشجب مثل هذه الثقافة و قد نرفضها ،لكن لا الرفض و لا الشجب قادران على وقف زحفها، طالما لا نقدم بديلا ثقافيا قادرا على المنافسة في عصر متغيرات متسارعة و ليس مجرد الوعظ والنصح. و قد هدفت الدراسة إلى وصف البعد الثقافي للعولمة ، وتبيان آثارها على المجتمع العربي و هويته ، و من أبرز ما توصلنا إليه أن الضعف الذي تعانيه المجتمعات العربية على كل الأصعدة، سمح لهذه الظاهرة بالنخر في ثقافتها و تفتيت هويتها و تغريبها ،فتم استغلال ما يسودها من حرمان و جهل وأزمات لتمرير مشروعها و بالتالي إخضاعها. |
| Description: | There is a global culture that is shaped beyond all other national or local cultural boundaries. Some may describe this new global culture emerging as the new culture of the world being formed as a superficial culture or consumerism or cultural invasion, material or otherwise, but whatever the description given, it does not negate the fact that the existence of such culture spread and prevail at the expense of local cultures and we may deplore such a culture and we may reject it, but neither rejection nor condemnation can stop its march as long as we do not offer a cultural alternative capable of competing in an age of rapid change rather than mere exhortation. The study aimed to describe the cultural dimension of globalization and its effects on Arab society In order to achieve these goals, a descriptive analytical approach was used to process the data. One of the most prominent findings is that the weakness experienced by Arab societies at all levels has allowed this phenomenon to decay in its culture and fragmentation of its identity and alienation has been exploited the prevailing deprivation and ignorance and crises to pass the project and thus subjugate.
