dc.description.abstract	تهدف الدراسة إلي الوصول الحر للمعلومات ومتابعة وتقييم مستوى الطلبة والأساتذة من خلال التحكم في التكنولوجيا الحديثة في تقديم المعلومات،كما يهتم موضوع الدراسة مباشر بجانب مهم من الجوانب التي تحظى باهتمام كبير من طرف المختصين في ميدان المكتبات والمعلومات والمتمثل في الوصول الحر،ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها تتلخص فيما يلي اغلب طلبة علم لمكتبات يجيدون استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المكتبة بنسبة78.75%،إن الوصول الحر للمعلومات حقق ميزة التفاعلية من خلال إمكانية الدخول إلى المستودعات الرقمية، توفر عملية التوجيه في المكتبة بنسبة 98.75%من خلال الخدمات التي توفرها من حسن استقبال وتوجيه، إن عملية الرقابة متوفرة في المكتبة استنادا على النتائج المتحصل عليها.	en_US
