Résumé:	بعد احتلال لجزائر تفننت السلطات الاستعمارية الفرنسية في تطبيق مختلف السياسات و في مختلف الميادين بالاعتماد على مدارس الاستشراق و علومها حول المجتمعات العربية و التي جمعوها لعدة قرون، من خلال تجنيد عدد من كبار المستشرقين الذين تولوا مهمة اعداد سياسات استعمارية متقنة للسيطرة على الجزائر ، للوصول إلى هدفهم المنشود و هو جعل الجزائر أرضا فرنسية.
Description:	Modern history is famous for a group of expansionist movements led by the great European countries against the peoples of Africa, with the aim of extending their influence, under an imperial policy known as the colonial movement. In subjugating the Maghreb countries in particular, what the French colonial powers did in Algeria by strengthening the settlement project there. In order to identify and clarify this topic more, it is necessary to address at the outset the study of the phenomenon of Orientalism in general, later focus on colonial Orientalism as a tool to control it, and then analyze its effectiveness in Algeria, for the possibility of generalizing it to the rest of the North African colonies. Our goal is to shed light on one of the most important colonial policies applied by French colonialism to Algerian society during the 19th century AD, this topic that is of great importance in contemporary academic studies by identifying the adoption of European colonial schools, especially the French, which were the first to use oriental science in the process of occupation Arab peoples. In order to study this subject, we raised a problem about the efficacy of the science of enslavement in applying the theory of French colonialism in Algeria. We answered it by following the historical method that depends on description and analysis. To reach that Orientalism is an essential process for understanding and subjugating any society, it must be studied and analyzed through academic works and studies and encouraged.
