Résumé:	كان قيام الدولة الرستمية في تيهرت "تاهرت" على يد عبد الرحمن بن رستم من أهم الأحداث التاريخية التي عرفتها منطقة الغرب الإسلامي في الفترة التي امتدت قرابة قرنين من الزمن 161ه-296ه/778م-909م. لكن هذا الامتداد سرعان ما انهار تحت ضربات الدولة الفاطمية التي تمكنت من القضاء عليها وعلى الدويلات المستقلة التي عاصرتها بالمنطقة كان وقع سقوط العاصمة الرستمية بالغ الأثر في نفوس الإباضيين الذين فروا بمذهبهم إلى منطقة " بني وارجلان" التي أطالت بفضلهم عمر الدولة الإباضية ردحا من الزمن إذ أنه وعلى بعد 14 كلم من منطقة وارجلان سيتمكنون من وضع معالم حضارة عريقة في منطقة سدراته استمرت لقرون عرفت من خلالها تلك المنطقة الصحراوية تطورا اقتصاديا هاما في المجال الزراعي والصناعي والتجاري لكن صمودها في وجه الطبيعة القاسية لم يحمها من تخريب بني غانية في سنة 624ه/1226م.
Description:	The Rise and establishment of the Rustamid dynasty governed by a muslim theocracy for almost two centuries( 778 -909 /161- 269 )from its capital Tahert mainly founded by Abdu Errahman Ibn Rustom .It was one of the most important historical events that the Islamic West region knew .However this extension quickly collapsed under the blows of the Fatimid state which was able to eliminate it and all those smaller independent states around it . The fall of the Rustamid Capital had a great impact on the souls of the Ibadhis, who escaped southwards carrying their Ibathiyah branch of Kharijism beliefs with them till arriving to "Bani Ourjelan "region where they prolonged the Ibathis State life for a long period . As it is only 14 km away from the Ouarjelan region ,they were able to establish the landmarks of an ancient civilization in the Sidratah region that lasted for centuries . During that period ,that Semi-arid ,Saharan and desert region khew an important economic, development in the agricultural,industrial and mainly commercial fields. Its steadfastness and resistance in the face of change and the harsh nature didn't save it from the destruction of the Bannu Ghaniyya in the year 6
