| Abstract: | لقد عرف اقتصاد الجزائر برامج انفاقية تنموية ضخمة مدعومة بنمو العوائد النفطية نتيجة تحسن أسعار النفط، حيث باشرت الجزائر برنامج دعم النمو الاقتصادي ثم البرنامج التكميلي لدعم النمو (2001-2009 ) ثم البرنامج الخماسي (2010 2014) بهدف دعم معلات النمو ،وهذا ما يبرز إرادة و جهود الدولة الجزائرية في إتباع سياسة إنفاقية تنموية ذات طابع كينزي تسعى من خلالها نحو تنشيط الطلب الكلي بهدف تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية، ولقد تباينت الاظرفة المرصودة لذلك من برنامج لاخر حسب البنود الاستراتيجة التكاملية التي تضمنها البرامج |
| Description: | Algeria's economy has been characterized by large development spending programs supported by the growth of oil revenues as a result of improved oil prices. Algeria has started the program of supporting economic growth then the supplementary program to support growth (2001-2009) and the five-year program (2010-2014) to support growth indicators. And the efforts of the Algerian state to adopt a developmental development policy of a kinetic nature through which it seeks to activate the overall demand for economic development.
