Résumé:	سعت الجزائر، على غرار مختلف دول العالم إلى مواكبة قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، والاهتمام أكثر بالصناعات الصغيرة وهذا من خلال إصدار القوانين والتشريعات واتخاذ سلسلة من الإصلاحات الهادفة إلى تهيئة المناخ الملائم لنمو وتطور هذه الصناعات، وانسجاما مع توجه سياستها الاقتصادية وإدراكا منها بأهمية هذا القطاع في توسيع قاعدة الاقتصاد الوطني . حيث وضعت وزارة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تعريفا مفصّلا رسميّا من خلال القانون التوجيهي لترقية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الصادر في 12 ديسمبر 2001 ، حيث أعطى المشرّع تعريفا حول هذا الموضوع، وقد تبنّت الجزائر ميثاق بولوني، وهو ميثاق يكرّس التعريف الذي حدّده الاتحاد الأوربي سنة 1996 ، والذي كان موضوع توصية لكل البلدان الأعضاء
Description:	Algeria along the lines of the various countries of the world has endeavored to keep pace with the small and medium enterprises sector and to pay more attention to the small industries through issuing laws and legislation and adopting a series of reforms aimed at creating a suitable environment for the growth and development of these industries. Expanding the base of the national economy. The Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) was formally defined by the Guiding Principles for the Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) of 12 December 2001 which gave the legislator a definition on the subject.
