| Résumé: | بالنظر إلذ أبنية الاستثمار في خلق ديناميكية تنموية في بصيع القطاعات، اصدرت ابعزائر في فتًة الاصلاحات بؾموعة من النصوص القانونية تسعى إلذ تهيئة ابؼناخ ابؼلائم لتطوير الاستثمارات وأىم ما جاء في ىذه القوانتُ ىو خلق مؤسسات تشرؼ عليها ابغكومة تسهر على تطبيق ىذه القوانتُ والتشريعات وتعمل على برقيق الإطار التنظيمي ابؼناسب للاستثمار من خلاؿ وضع الأطر التنظيمية المحفزة لو. |
