dc.description	This paper attempts to present a chronological and bibliographic inventory of the nawazil works of the Maliki jurists in the Islamic Maghrib, arranged according to the date of the death of the authors, depending on the most important indexes – available to me-. This article tried to trace the works, mentioning the most important manuscripts, showing their copies and numbers, and mentioning what is achieved and printed from them. This is due to our belief in the great importance of this type of phenomenon in the field of historical studies.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تحاول الورقة تقديم جرد ببليوغرافي للمصنفات النوازلية للفقهاء المالكية بالغرب الإسلامي، مرتبة كرونولوجيا حسب تاريخ وفاة مصنفيها، وذلك اعتمادا على أهم الفهارس –التي وقفت عليها-. حاول المقال تتبع المصنفات، مع ذكر أهم مخطوطاتها، وتبيان نسخها وأرقامها، مع ذكر ما هو محقق ومطبوع منها. وذلك إيمانا منا للأهمية الكبيرة لهذا الصنف من المظان في حقل الدراسات التاريخية.	en_US
