| Résumé: | سعت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على الفروق في مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى الممرضين بالمؤسسة الإستشفائية المتخصصة في الأمراض العقلية بولاية تيارت ، على حساب الجنس وسنوات الأقدمية، حيث تم تطبيق مقياس كورنل للصحة النفسية على عينة قوامها 40 ممرض ( 23 إناث -17 ذكور ) . أسفرت نتائج الدراسة بأنه يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى الممرضين حسب كلا من الجنس وسنوات الأقدمية |
| Description: | The current reaserch paper sought to identify the differences in the level of mental health of nurses at the psychiatric institution in the Province of Tiaret, at the expense of sex and seniority years. The Kornell Mental Health Scale was applied to a sample of 40 nurses (23 females and 17 males).
