dc.description	The current reaserch paper sought to identify the differences in the level of mental health of nurses at the psychiatric institution in the Province of Tiaret, at the expense of sex and seniority years. The Kornell Mental Health Scale was applied to a sample of 40 nurses (23 females and 17 males).
