dc.description.abstract	يندرج موضوع هذ المقال في إطار محاولة كتابة التاريخ القديم لمدينة سكيكدة من خلال مخرجات المدرسة الكولونيالية أولا، و من خلال أيضا قراءة المصادر القديمة، على قلتها، بالاضافة إلى ما استجد من المعطيات العلمية و الاكتشافات الأثرية بهدف الوصول من خلال ذلك كله إلى رسم إطار عام للتاريخ القديم للمدينة. و نرى أن هذه المحاولة مكنتنا من الوصول إلى نتائج هامة و مفيدة في إثارة النقاش و إثرائه حول تاريخ المدينة القديم الممتد على مساحة زمنية تصل إلى حدود الألف سنة ( القرن5 ق م – القرن 4 م) عرفت فيها المدينة عدة فصول تاريخية و تقلبات حضارية و محطات من الازدهار و أخرى للتقهقر و الانكماش مثلما تتضمنه هذه الورقة	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The theme of this article is part of an attempt to write the ancient history of the city of Skikda (ancient Rusicade), all relying on the results of the colonial school, as well as on the few of the ancient references, and even on what archaeological discoveries have revealed to us, with the aim of drawing a general framework of the ancient history of the city. And it is believed that this essay has given us important and beneficial results for any debate around the ancient history of Rusicade, this history which spans a period of up to about a thousand years (5 centuries BC to 4 centuries AD) in which the city has known several historical stages, between prosperity and decline as can be seen in this sheet	en_US
