| Résumé: | يتناول هذا المقال مسألة الخلافة أو الملك في فكر ابن خلدون باعتبارها من المصالح العامة للمسلمين ، وقد قدم ابن خلدون مبررات سياسية تاريخية تفسر تحول الخلافة من حكم شوري زمن الخلافة الراشدة إلى ملك وراثي استند على ولي العهد والعصبية القبلية، هذا النظام السياسي الذي أحدثه معاوية بن أبي سفيان نتج عنه ما يمكن تسميته أزمة فقهية سياسية حاول الفقهاء من خلالها الرضا بالأمر الواقع مع إيجاد صيغ أو أحكام شرعية تتفق مع المتطلبات السياسية والواقع التاريخي، فحدثت نمذجة للملك الوراثي الذي أصبح نمط حكم سائدا في كل الدول الإسلامية طوال العصر الوسيط. |
| Description: | This article deals with the issue of the succession (Caliphate) or the Keign in Ibn Khaldun's thought as a general interest of the Muslims. Ibn Khaldun presented historical and political justifications explaining the transformation of the caliphate from Shuri's rule in the time of the “Rashed Caliphate” to a hereditary monarch based on the Crown prince, and tribalism. This political system created by Muawiya bin Abi Sufian resulted in what can be called a political and, jurisprudential crisis through which the fuqaha 'scholars attempted to satisfy the fait accompli with the creation of legal formulas or provisions that conformed to the political requirements and the historical reality. A model of the hereditary monarch became the norm in all Muslim countries throughout the middle ages. Key words: the succession (Caliphate)- Shuri's rule- a hereditary monarch- tribalism |
