| Résumé: | تتناول هذه الدراسة خصوصية العلاقات السياسية الجزائرية الفرنسية خلال القرن 18م عن باقي البلدان في حوض المتوسط لما عرفته هذه العلاقات من تجاذبات بين السلم تارة والعداء تارة أخرى؛ وهذا بسبب تأثير الأوضاع السياسية الداخلية المتوترة للبلدين والضغوطات الخارجية على قراراتهما. لكن الطابع العام لهذه العلاقات تميز بالهدوء بسبب معاهدة السلم المئوي بين البلدين. وبالرغم من التصرفات غير المقبولة للقناصل الفرنسيين في الجزائر، وحتى الحكومات الفرنسية نفسها والتي دفعت لتأزيم الأوضاع. إلا أن الجزائر كانت غالبا تسعى لتهدئة التوتر وإبراز النوايا الحسنة كدعمها لحكومة الثورة الفرنسية في1789، وفك الحصارالأروبي عنها بإرسال المساعدات المالية والقمح في وقت عانت فرنسا من أزمات اجتماعية وسياسية خانقة.وهذا مايفند الإدعاءات الأوربية للجزائر بممارستها "القرصنة" البحرية |
| Description: | This study is concerned with the specificity of the Algerian-French political relations during the 18th century from the rest of the countries in the Mediterranean. These relations have been characterized by conflicts between peace and hostility, because of the internal political situations of the two countries and external pressures on their decisions. But the general nature of these relations was characterized by serenity because of the centennial peace treaty between the two countries.Despite the unacceptable behaviours of the French consuls in Algeria, and even the French governments themselves, who led to the aggravation of the situation, Algeria has often sought to calm the tension and show good intentions in support of the Government of the French Revolution in 1789, and the lifting of the European blockade by sending financial aid and wheat at a time when France suffered from severe social and political crises. This refutes the European claims of Algeria exercising nautical "piracy" . |
