| Résumé: | يتناول هذا البحث فلسفة العمران الإسلامي في العصر الوسيط، من حيث العلاقة التكاملية بين العمران والمجتمع، وهذه العلاقة تتجلى في المدينة الإسلامية بما تحتويه من مباني خاصة ومرافق عامة، وهي مرتبطة بخصوصية المجتمع المسلم المؤسسة على المبادئ والأخلاق الإسلامية، وحتى يحقق العمران غاياته وأهدافه الاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية في ظل المقاصد الشرعية الإسلامية ، وضع نظام الحسبة لمراقبة العمران وتنظيمه. |
| Description: | This research deals with the philosophy of Islamic architecture in the Middle Ages, in terms of the complementary relationship between urbanization and society .This relationship is reflected in the Islamic city with its private buildings and public facilities. It is related to the privacy of the Muslim community based on Islamic principles and ethics. And in order that the architecture achieves its social, cultural and economic objectives in the light of Islamic legitimate purposes, a system of ‘Hisba’ was established for the control and regulation of urbanization.
