Résumé:	تعالج هذه الورقة مسألة المخططات الاستعمارية في المشرق العربي، في الفترة التي سبقت الحرب العالمية الأولى مرورا بالتطورات التي حدثت بالمنطقة خلال فترة الحرب، وما نتج عنها من تقسيمات جديدة للأراضي العربية، الأمر الذي أدى في النهاية الى منح أرض فلسطين لليهود من خلال تكريس وعد بلفور.
Description:	This paper deals with the colonial plans of the Arab Orient in the period leading up to the First World War, the developments in the region during the war, and the resulting new divisions of the Arab lands, which ultimately gave the land of Palestine to the Jews by consecrating the Balfour Declaration . Key words :The Arab Orient, Sykes-Picot, The San Remo conference , Sherif Husayn -McMahon.
