| Résumé: | عرفت الثورة الجزائرية بعد اندلاعها وانتشارها بين صفوف الشعب الجزائري الذي احتضنها وتكلف بإيواء المجاهدين وتوفير الغذاء والمئونة لجيش التحرير الوطنية ،وذلك بفضل الحملة التحسيسية والدعائية لجبهة التحرير الوطني التي تمكنت من الوصول إلى الجماهير الجزائرية ، حملة معادية من أجهزة الاستعلامات الفرنسية ، التي قامت بإنشاء هياكل إدارية وأمنية لمراقبة النشاط السياسي والعسكري للثورة الجزائرية، وركزت في مراقبتها لهذا الوضع بتشديد الرقابة على الشعب الجزائري من أجل عزله عن ثورته. لذلك سنحاول في هذه الدراسة الاجابة على إشكالية استخدام الادارة الاستعمارية، بشقيها المدني والعسكري لحملة دعائية مضادة للثورة من خلال استخدام أساليب الحرب النفسية المتطورة من إعلام بمختلف أشكاله والفرق الإدارية المتخصصة الريفية والحضرية وإقامة المحتشدات والمعتقلات لعزل الشعب الجزائري عن ثورته ، وسوف نقوم بدراسة ميدانية عن منطقة مستغانم بريفها ومناطقها الحضارية التي تعرضت لهذه الحرب النفسية الاستعمارية ، من خلال شهادات ألأرشيف الفرنسي وشهادات المجاهدين الجزائريين وبعض المراجع التي تناولت هذا الموضوع من أجل تسليط الضوء على الجرائم الاستعمارية المطبقة بالجزائر عموما وبجزء من المنطقة الرابعة بالولاية الخامسة . |
| Description: | The Algerian revolution, after its outbreak and spread among the ranks of the Algerian people, was embraced by the Algerian people. It was entrusted with sheltering the Mujahedeen and providing food and shelter to the National Liberation Army. This was thanks to the awareness campaign of the National Liberation Front, which managed to reach the Algerian masses. And to monitor the political and military activity of the Algerian revolution, and focused on monitoring this situation by tightening the control of the Algerian people in order to isolate him from his revolution. In this study, we will try to answer the problem of using the colonial administration, both civil and military, for an anti-revolutionary propaganda campaign through the use of sophisticated psychological warfare methods, informing the various forms, specialized rural and urban administrative teams and setting up camps and detention centers to isolate the Algerian people from its revolution. Mostaganem countryside and cultural areas that have been subjected to this psychological war colonial, through the testimonies of the French archives and the testimonies of the Algerian Mujahideen and some references that dealt with this subject in order to shed light on the crimes Which is applicable in Algeria in general and part of the fourth region in the fifth mandate.
