| Description: | In recent years the city has witnessed an accelerated development of chaotic construction at the level of cities and large population groups. this threatened the environment and the living standards of the citizen and called for the interference of the public authorities to limit its expansion by creating at preventive and deterrent apparatus in 2006 at the level of the directorate general of security in cooperation with some relevant sectors with the empowerment of the authority with the powers and authority that contributed to the imposition and realization of physical control throng procedures and disciplinary measures against violators. |
