Résumé:	عرفت الجزائر في الآونة الأخيرة تنامي متسارع لظاهرة التوسع العمراني اللامشروع في صورة البناء الفوضوي علي مستوى المدن الكبرى مما هدد البيئة والإطار المعيشي للساكنة واستدعى تدخل السلطات العمومية للحد من هدا التوسع ودلك باستحداث سلك وظيفي خاص مند 9997 علي مستوى المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني و المديريات الولائية التابعة لها بالتشارك مع بعض القطاعات ذات الصلة بموضوع التعمير مع تمكينه بصلاحيات وسلطات أسهمت في فرض وتحقيق الضبط العمراني من خلال جزاءات إدارية وقضائية
Description:	In recent years the city has witnessed an accelerated development of chaotic construction at the level of cities and large population groups. this threatened the environment and the living standards of the citizen and called for the interference of the public authorities to limit its expansion by creating at preventive and deterrent apparatus in 2006 at the level of the directorate general of security in cooperation with some relevant sectors with the empowerment of the authority with the powers and authority that contributed to the imposition and realization of physical control throng procedures and disciplinary measures against violators.
