Résumé:	La ville contemporaine en région méditerranéenne connait une profonde évolution. Celle-ci implique le besoin de se doter d’instruments novateurs qui s’adaptent aux enjeux nouveaux et aux différentes façons de penser et d’agir pour un nouvel urbanisme. Dans ce cadre, l’étalement urbain des grandes villes vers les villes satellites représente un développement des surfaces urbanisées en périphérie de la ville arrivant parfois à ce qu’on appelle la conurbation urbaine. Ainsi cet article met la lumière sur ce phénomène d’étalement urbain entre la ville d’Annaba et El-Bouni, un parfait exemple qui illustre toute les mutations inhérentes aux mécanismes d’étalement.
Description:	The contemporary city in the Mediterranean region is undergoing profound changes. This implies the need to acquire innovative instruments that adapt to new challenges and different ways of thinking and acting for a new urbanism. In this context, the urban sprawl from big cities to satellite cities represents a development of urbanized surfaces on the outskirts of the city sometimes arriving at what is called the urban conurbation. Thus this article sheds light on this phenomenon of urban sprawl between the city of Annaba and El-Bouni, a perfect example that illustrates all the mutations inherent in the spreading mechanisms.
