Abstract:	ان نزع الملكية من أجل المنفعة العامة تصرف قانوني له تأثير مباشر على أملاك الأفراد ،لذلك ألزم المشرع الجزائري الادارة باتباع اجراءات معقدة منصوص عليها في قانون نزع الملكية ، وتشكل هده الأخيرة مقارنة مع الاختصاصات الأخرى للسلطة العامة أكثر ضمانا لمن نزعت منهم ملكيتهم
Description:	The Expropriation for the public benefit is q legal action that has a direct impact on the individual’s property that’s why the Algerian legislature requires from the administration to follow complex procedures set out in the Expropriation law. These acts of Expropriation provide a policy with detailed and equitable manner to ensure the proper’s a fair compensation be implanted based on legal procedure.
