| Abstract: | يتناول هذا المقال آليات تسوية البنايات غير الشرعية في أحكام القانون رقم08-15،الذي يهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية هذه الموضوعات في المجال العمراني،ومعرفة الإطار القانوني لتسوية البناء غير الشرعي وفق أحكام القانون رقم08-15المحدد لقواعد مطابقة البنايات وإتمام إنجازها،والوقوف على المراحل والإجراءات التي أقرها القانون رقم08-15،والنتائج المترتبة على تقديم طلب مطابقة البنايات غير الشرعية من أجل تسويتها. |
| Description: | Abstract: This article discusses the mechanisms of regulation of illegal constructions in the provisions of the law n° 8-15 is an attempt to highlight the importance of these problems in urban areas and aware of the legal framework of the illegal construction in accordance with the provisions of the law n° 8-15 and identify the steps and procedures adopted under of the law n°08-15 rules for compliance and completion of the buildings, and the consequences of the submission of an application for a compliance of illegal buildings for the settlement.
