| Résumé: | من بين أنواع التلوث في الوسط الحضري، مشكل التلوث البصري الذي يمس بشكل مباشر البيئة المشيدة، ويؤثر على الصورة الجمالية للمدينة، فتظهر البنايات غير منسجمة وغير متجانسة مما يؤثر بصورة واضحة ومباشرة علي المنظر العام للمدن، فعدم احترام قوانين البناء والتهيئة والتعمير، يؤدي إلي ظهور مشكل التلوث البصري نتيجة تشوه العمراني وعدم انسجام واجهات المباني للنسيج العمراني. وقد جاء هذا المقال ليسلط الضوء علي مشكل التلوث البصري في المحيط الحضري خاصة مظهر تشوه واجهات المباني، ويبين أهم الأحكام التشريعية والتنظيمية والآليات التي وضعها المشرع للقضاء علي المشكل. |
| Description: | One of the pollution kinds in the urban environment is the problem of Visual pollution, which directly affects the built environment and affects the aesthetic image of the city, the buildings appear inconsistent and heterogeneous which affects clearly and directly the general view of cities. The non respect of the construction and town planning laws brings to the apparition of the Visual pollution problem as a result of the urban deformation and building facade incoherence with the urban structure. The present article is issued to highlight the problem of Visual pollution in the urban environment, especially the appearance of building facade deformation and shows the most important legislative and regulatory provisions and mechanisms set up by the legislator to eliminate the problem. |
