| Description: | The Tools for the preparation and reconstruction of in the guidelines for the preparation and reconstruction and land occupancy plans are only means of spatial planning and urban governance created by the legislator to control and regulate the expansion of urban space and thus urban planning to serve the urban development of human settlements, we address the importance of these tools and how to apply them in a small mountain town and its field results on the urban area.
