| Abstract: | تتعلق منازعات العمران بالرخص وشهادات البناء والتعمير، وتتخذ مسؤولية الإدارة على أساس الخطأ في هذا المجال عدة صور أهمها المنح غير الشرعي لتراخيص أعمال البناء والتعمير وكذا رفض أو تعطيل منح هذه التراخيص دون مبرر قانوني، وتكون الإدارة في هذه الحالات ملزمة بتعويض الطاعن عما لحقه من أضرار. |
| Description: | Urban disputes are concerned with building permits and construction and reconstruction certificates, and the administration takes responsibility in this regard in many instances, the most important of which are the illegal grants of construction and reconstruction permits as well as the refusal of such licenses without legal justification. The administration in this regard is obliged to compensate the appellant for any damages. Key words : responsability of administration, fault, construction, building and construction permits. |
