dc.description.abstract	حظيت الأراضي الفلاحية التابعة للأملاك الوطنية الخاصة بإهتمام وافر من طرف المشرع الجزائري ،إذا اصدر بشأنها عدة نصوص قانونية تنص على كيفية استغلالها وتسيرها وحمايتها. وتتجسد هذه الحماية في وضع أليات إدارية لمراقبة العقار الفلاحي ،بحيث تم انشاء هيئات وطنية للقيام بهذه المهمة وتتمثل هذه الهيئات في الديوان الوطني للأراضي الفلاحية الذي يلعب دور هام في هذا لمجال بإضافة إلى الصندوق الوطني للضبط والتنمية الفلاحية والمنظمة الوطنية لحماية النباتات والمراقبة التقنية.	en_US
