Résumé:	تضطلع المؤسسة العائلية بمكانة فريدة نظراً لمميزاتها الايجابية، وتعتبر المؤسسة عائلية عندما تكون مملوكة من قبل عائلة، وتتميز المؤسسة العائلية بالثقة ونقل الخبرة المتميزة والقدرة على التعامل مع الأزمات، غير أنها تواجه تحدي الانتقال بين الأجيال الذي يعتبر مرحلة انتقالية استثنائية حرجة، كما أن المؤسسة العائلية تتميز بثقافة تسييرية متنوعة تتراوح بين الثقافة الأبوية الى الثقافة التساهمية، ونظرا لطبيعتها العائلية تواجه المؤسسة العائلية كثير من العقبات كالنزاع الداخلي والخلافة في الملكية والقيادة، وللتغلب على هذه العقبات تلجأ الى ميثاق العائلة الذي يؤسس لرؤية مشتركة وتوقعات متقاربة، كما يفرض التزاماً أخلاقياً يساهم بفعالية في استقرار المؤسسة، والعائلة المقاولة تلعب دورا هاما في الاقتصاد، فسياسات المقاولاتية تدعم مبادرات المقاولين وتثمن روح المبادرة كمشجع للتنمية الاقتصادية الوطنية، ودافع للنهوض بالقطاع الصناعي وتأهيله
