Abstract:	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بأهم المصادر الحديثة للتمويل المحلي للتنمية المحلية وعرض تجارب دولية رائدة في هذا المجال. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أنه من الاتجاهات الهامة نجد التمويل المحلي اللامركزية المالية، الشراكات بين القطاعين العام والخاص، المساءلة في إعداد الموازنات المحلية وتحسين الإدارة المالية. وبالاعتماد على دراسة نظام التمويل المحلي في البرازيل والهند وغانا ونظرا لنطاق وسرعة الإصلاحات أصبحت هذه الدول أحد أفضل النماذج لإصلاح المالية المحلية في البلدان النامية وحققت بهذا نموا كبيرا إذ أصبحت كأكبر الاقتصاديات في العالم
Description:	This study aimed to introduce the most important modern sources of local financing for local development and presenting leading international experiences in this field. This study found that there are many modern sources of local financing, which are financial decentralization, public-private partnerships, accountability in preparing local budgets and improving financial management. Based on the study of the domestic finance system in Brazil, India and Ghana and due to the scope and speed of reforms, these countries have become one of the best models for reforming domestic finance in developing countries, and thus they achieved significant growth, as they became the largest economies in the world.
