| Abstract: | تهدف هده الورقة البحثية لإبراز الإطار النظري للجماعات المحلية والتنمية المحلية، إضافة إلى عرض أهم المصادر التمويلية الذاتية للجماعات المحلية، كذلك تم عرض دور الجباية المحلية في تحقيق التنمية المحلية وزيادة الموارد المالية للبلديات والولايات، وفي الأخير تم تسليط الضوء على الضرائب والرسوم المطبقة في الجزائر وتوضيح حصة الجماعات المحلية منها، وتقديم حلول واقتراحات لزيادة الحصيلة الجبائية المحلية وكذلك زيادة دور البلديات والولايات في تحقيق التنمية المحلية في أقاليمها انطلاقا من مواردها الذاتية. |
| Description: | Abstract: The aim of this study is to highlight the theoretical framework of local communities and local development, as well as the presentation of the most important sources of funding for local communities. The role of local collections in local development and increasing the financial resources of municipalities and states was also highlighted. To provide solutions and proposals to increase local fiscal revenues, as well as to increase the role of municipalities and states in achieving local development in their own regions on their own resources. Keywords: regular tax; local development; local communities; local collection. |
