Abstract:	الملخص في ظل المتغيرات العالمية الجديدة، التي أفرزتها المعطيات الاقتصادية والثورة التكنولوجية، أصبح الأداء المتميز و الكفاءة والتنوع سمة أساسية من سمات الاقتصاديات المعاصرة، وإن التطور التكنولوجي وتقدم الاتصالات و ازدياد المعرفة و انتقال الاقتصاد إلى اقتصاد رقمي مترابط ساهمت في ازدياد دور الأفكار الإبداعية و المتميزة. ولقد استفادت منظمات الأعمال الحديثة كثيرا من تكنولوجيا المعلومات وآلياتها في تحسين أدائها و إنتاجيتها. مما جعلها تنتهج عدة أساليب وإستراتيجيات الابتكار والتميز إضافة إلى الدور الكبير لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في إدارة هذه العملية. وقد تمثل هدف هذه الدراسة في التعرف على أثر تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تنمية الأداء المتميز الموارد البشرية بالمنظمات الحديثة.
Description:	In light of the new global variables, which were produced by the economic data and the technological revolution, outstanding performance, efficiency and diversity have become an essential feature of contemporary economics, and technological development, advancement of communications, increased knowledge and the transition of the economy to an interconnected digital economy have contributed to the increasing role of creative and distinctive ideas. Modern business organizations have benefited a lot from information technology and mechanisms to improve their performance and productivity. This led her to adopt several methods and strategies for innovation and excellence, in addition to the big role of information technology in managing this process. The objective of this study was to identify the impact of the application of information and communication technology in developing the outstanding performance of human resources in modern organizations.
