| Abstract: | ترتبط الشكلية لحد كبير بالتصرفات العقارية سواء في بداية و أثناء انعقادها أو إثباته، والمشرع الجزائري لا يزال يسعى إلى الآن في تفادي الثغرات التي تشوبها ،و تنظيم التصرفات المنصبة على العقارات كما أنه يواكب التقنيات الحديثة على غرار التشريعات المقارنة،من خلال التجسيد القانوني و العملي للرقمنة كمحاولة منه للإسراع في الالتحاق بتعميم المعلوماتية و الحداثة الالكترونية مع أخذ بقواعد الكتابة الكلاسيكية الورقية. |
