| Résumé: | ان الدور الهام الذي يلعبه الاتصال الداخلي في تسيير المؤسسات دفع بالعديد من الباحثين للتركيز على هذا العامل نظرا لدوره الكبير في تفصيل استراتيجية المؤسسات وبصفته عنصرا لايمكن الاستغناء عنه في اي مؤسسة باختلاف طبيعتها ونشاطها وبدرجة اختلاف تطور الدول. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة حاولنا معرفة دور ومدى مساهمة الاتصال الداخلي في تسيير المؤسسات العامة والخاصة من خلال دراسة الحالة، وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان فعالية الاتصال الداخلي لها دور جد فعال ومهم في حسن تسيير المؤسسات . |
| Description: | The important role played by internal communication in the management of institutions has led many researchers to focus on this factor because of its great role in detailing the strategy of the institutions and as an indispensable element in any institution according to nature and activity and to the extent of different development countries. hrough this study, we tried to know the role and extent of the contribution of internal communication in the management of public and private institutions through the case study. The study concluded that the effectiveness of internal communication has a very effective and important role in the good management of institutions. |
