Abstract:	تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معالجة إشكالية التجارة غير الرسمية في الجزائر. و من أجل ذلك قمنا بإتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تطرقت هذه الدراسة للإطار المفاهيمي للتجارة غير الرسمية،المراحل التي مرت بها التجارة غير الرسمية في الجزائر، أسباب انتشار التجارة غير الرسمية في الجزائر و مظاهرها، آثار التجارة غير الرسمية في الجزائر و علاجها. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن التجارة غير الرسمية لها آثار سلبية كثيرة مما حتم على الدولة اتخاذ عدة تدابير و إجراءات و خلق و تفعيل عدة هيئات من أجل الحد من هذه الظاهرة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج والتوصيات المقترحة
Description:	The purpose of this study's to solve the problematic of informal trade in Algeria. For this reason, we followed the descriptive analytical approach. and we have treated the conceptual framework of informal trade, the stages of informal trade in Algeria, the reasons for the spread of informal trade in Algeria and its aspects, the effects of informal trade in Algeria and its treatment. The study concluded that informal trade has many negative effects, which has forced the state to take several measures and procedures, as well as the creation and activation of several organizations to reduce this phenomenon. The study ended with a set of conclusions and recommendations proposed.
