| Résumé: | يعد قطاع التكوين المهني في الجزائر من بين أهم القطاعات التي تعول عليها الدولة اليوم لتحقيق التنمية في مختلف المجالات خاصة وأنها تراهن على هذا القطاع الحساس لتوفير اليد العاملة ذات الكفاءة والتي يمكن أن تقدم إضافة معينة للاقتصاد، وهو ما جعل التكوين المهني تربطه علاقة جد وطيدة مع قطاع التشغيل في الجزائر الذي يمثل أحد أطراف سوق العمل، وانطلاقا من ذلك سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال معرفة التصورات حول واقع قطاع التكوين المهني من خلال مدى انتشاره عبر ربوع البلد من جهة وهو ما يعكس الهياكل والإمكانيات المادية والبشرية التي ترصدها الدولة في هذا القطاع، وكذا من خلال الأنماط التي يوفرها القطاع والتي يعمل على أن تواكب كل المستجدات العلمية والمحلية والتكنولوجية بما يساير التكوين العالمي ويوفر ما يحتاجه السوق المحلي من اليد العاملة وهي معادلة يسعى القطاعين التكوين المهني والتشغيل لتحقيقها في ظل الرهانات والتحديات التي تبرز للقطاعين، وهي رهانات جعلت من القطاعين يأملان في تحقيق عدة منتظرات يمكن من خلالها المساهمة في بناء الاقتصاد الوطني وهو ما ينعكس إيجابا على النمو الاقتصادي بما يسهم في التنمية المستدامة الأمل المنشود اليوم |
| Description: | The vocational training sector in Algeria is one of the most important sectors on which the state relies today to achieve development in various fields, especially as it is betting on this sensitive sector to provide an efficient workforce that can provide a certain addition to the economy, which made the vocational training has a very close relationship We will try to understand the perceptions about the reality of the vocational training sector through its spread across the country, on the one hand, which reflects the structures and the physical and human resources monitored by the State in this sector. As well as through the patterns provided by the sector, which works to keep abreast of all scientific, local and technological developments in line with the global configuration and provide the local labor market needs, which is a formula that seeks vocational training and employment to achieve them in light of the challenges and challenges that emerge for the two sectors, The two sectors hope to achieve several perspectives through which to contribute to the building of the national economy, which is positively reflected on economic growth, thus contributing to sustainable development the desired hope today. |
