Résumé:	تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور التحليل العقلاني في اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية عند مديري المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية. و قد اجريت هذه الدراسة على مستوى اصحاب المؤسسات, والرؤساء المديرين العامين, و المديرين العامين, و مديري الفروع, و مديري المشاريع, حيث تندرج الدراسة ضمن الدراسات الكمية, و تندرج ضمن البحوث الوصفية و الاستكشافية. و قد تم الاعتماد على منهج المسح بالعينة المتمثل في المسح الميداني القائم على الاستبيان, الذي تم توزيعه على عينة ملائمة تتكون من 96 مديرا, بعدها تم تحليل بيانات الدراسة باستخدام الاساليب الاحصائية. و توصلت الدراسة من خلالها الى مجموعة من النتائج منها: ان افراد عينة الدراسة يتخذون القرارات بحذر و ببطء لتجنب الوقوع في الاخطاء و لكون فلسفتهم في العمل مبنية على التاكد التام.
Description:	Abstract: This study aims to identify the role of rational analysis in strategic decision-making among managers of Algerian economic institutions. The study was conducted at the level of institutional owners, general managers, general managers, branch managers, project managers. The study is part of quantitative studies and is included in descriptive and exploratory research. The sample survey was based on the questionnaire-based field survey, which was distributed to a convenient sample of 96 managers. The data were then analyzed using appropriate statistical methods. The study reached a number of conclusions: That the members of the study sample make the decisions carefully and slowly to avoid making mistakes and that their philosophy of work is based on full assurance. They rarely make strategic decisions quickly, they devote enough time to look at all strategic decisions, and are very interested in detail before making strategic decisions.
