| Résumé: | تناولت هذه المذكرة دراسة شاملة حول طبيعة النظام الجبائي ومدى تأثيره على التنمية المحلية من خلال مساهمته الفعالة في تنشيط الحيات الاقتصادية وفي رفع معدلات النمو والحد من الفقر،على هذا الأساس فان تطوير مكانة وأداء النظام الجبائي الجزائري يعد قضية جد هامة . فهو يلعب دورا كبيرا في مجال إنعاش الاقتصاد الوطني وتحقيق متطلبات التنمية المحلية ،الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة هو وضع إستراتيجية ملائمة للتنمية المحلية فهي تعمل على تطوير المشاريع بالمنطقة وجذب الاستثمار إليها لاستغلالها من اجل تحقيق ال رقي الاقتصادي هذا وقد تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن النظام الجبائي شهد تغيرا في عمله وسيره مع النمو الاقتصادي فهو الية تسير هامة للدولة ،كما أن مختلف أشكال الدعم والامتيازات الممنوحة في الجزائر من طرف الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب بولاية تيارت ساهمت في تشجيع وت رقية إنشاء المؤسسات المصغرة والعمل على استمراريتها في محاولة الحفاظ وتوفير مناصب شغل دائمة مما سمح بتراجع نسب البطالة وكذا فتح مجالات جديدة لإنتاج السلع وتقديم الخدمات واستعادت أنشطة اقتصادية أو خدمية تم التحلي عنها. |
| Description: | This memorandum deals with an in-depth study of the nature of the tax system and its impact on local development through its effective contribution to the revitalization of economic life, growth rates and poverty reduction. This research is an in-depth study on the nature of the budgetary system and the development of the status because the functioning of the Algerian tax system is a very important issue. It plays a major role in the renewal of the national economy and the fulfillment of the requirements of local development. The main objective of this study is to develop an appropriate strategy for local development. This work focuses on developing projects in the region and attracting investments to exploit them in order to achieve this economic progress. This tax system has undergone a change in its work and progress in Economic growth is an important mechanism for the state, the various forms of support and privileges granted in Algeria by the national agency for the support of youth employment in the of Tiaret who have contributed to the promotion, creation of micro Enterprises and to provide permanent employment, which has led to the reduction of unemployment rates and the opening of new areas for the production of goods, the provision of services and the restoration of economic activities or services which have been abandoned. |
