| Résumé: | تتناول دراستنا موضوع أجهزة دعم التشغيل وذلك من خلال الدور الذي تلعبه هذه الأجهزة في دعم التنمية المحلية، لذلك تم التطرق إلى مختلف مفاهيم سياسة التشغيل والأجهزة الخاصة بها ، إضافة إلى ذلك إبراز دورها في تحقيق التنمية المحلية، ومدى مساهمتها في تحقيق هذا النوع من التنمية. وكذا التعرف على السياسة التشغيلية التي انتهجتها الجزائر من أجل الحد من البطالة، وذلك بفضل مجموعة من الأجهزة والبرامج التي تهدف إلى تحقيق مناصب شغل لجميع الفئات والنهوض بالتنمية المحلية. |
| Description: | Our study deals with the issue of employment support agencies through the role that these agencies play in achieving local development. Therefore, various concepts of employment policy and their devices were discussed, in addition to highlighting their role in achieving local development and the extent of their contribution to achieving this type of Development, As well as getting to know the operational policy adopted by Algeria in order to reduce unemployment, thanks to a set of devices and programs aimed at achieving job positions for all groups and promoting local development. |
