| Résumé: | تھدف ھذه الدراسة المقدمة إلى معرفة دور الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري في تلبیة متطلبات سوق العمل، لأن عملیة الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري في مؤسسات التعلیم الجامعي تمكن ھذا القطاع من إنتاج عمالة معرفیة ذات جودة عالیة و متمیزة في سوق العمل. ولتحقیق الأھداف المرجوة من ھذه الدراسة قمنا بتصمیم استبیان تم توزیعھ على عینة مكونة من 132 أستاذ یمثلون الھیئة التدریسیة في جامعة ابن خلدون - تیارت على اختلاف درجاتھم العلمیة والمھنیة. ولقد توصلنا من خلال تحلیل الإستبیان عن طریق برنامج التحلیل الإحصائي (SPSS) إلى جملة من النتائج والتي تؤكد على وجود دور بالغ الأھمیة للاستثمار في رأس المال في تلبیة متطلبات سوق العمل، و ذلك من خلال تحسین : جودة بیئة التعلیم والتعلم والتجھیزات، جودة البرامج والمناھج التعلیمیة وتكییفھا. |
| Description: | This study aims to identify the role of human capital investment in meeting labor market requirements, as the process of investing in human capital at the level of university educational institutions enables this sector to produce a skilled labor force. work of high quality and distinctive in the labor market. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we designed a questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of (132) professors representing the teaching staff of Ibn khaldoun University of Tiaret, to varying degrees of scientists and professionals, obtained by the analysis of the questionnaire through the Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS). As a result of the statistical analysis program (SPSS) questionnaire analysis, we have obtained a number of results that highlight the crucial role of capital investment in meeting the demands of the labor market by improving the quality of the environment and teaching and learning facilities; the quality of educational programs and programs; and its adaptation. |
