| Résumé: | إن سعي الدول النامية المستمرة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، في ظل الظروف العالمية الغير مستقرة والتسارع الذي تعرفه المتغيرات الاقتصادية وصعوبة الالتحاق بركب الدول المتقدمة، ومن خلال الدراسة التي تناولنا فيها موضوع تمويل التنمية الاقتصادية بين اقتصاديات الاستدانة واقتصاديات الأسواق المالية، ورغم الجهود الجبارة لوصول إلى بناء اقتصاد قوي لم تعكف هذه الدول من تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة، كونها ركزت بشكل كبير على الجانب الاقتصادي على حساب الجوانب الأخرى حيث تبين من خلال المعطيات التي توصلنا إليها أن مصطلح التنمية لا يمكن تجزئته أي الاهتمام بعنصر وإغفال الآخر، كما أنه لا يمكن اعتماد نماذج لتحقيق التنمية لا تتوافق وبنية الدولة، فمسار التنمية ينطلق من إصرار الشعوب على التغير والمضي نحو الأمام. رغم احتلال الأسواق المالية مكانا بارزا في الاقتصاد العالمي المعاصر من خلال نجاعتها وكفاءتها في دعم التنمية الاقتصادية، إلا أنها لم تأخذ مكانتها اللازمة في هذه الدول وهذا ما توصلنا إليها من خلال التطرق لبورصة الجزائر والتي امتازت بالضيق ونقص الفعالية على العموم، مما انعكس ذلك بالسلب على الوضعية الاقتصادية العامة بعكس ما حققه تركيا في هذا المجال والنوعية التي أحدثها الاقتصاد التركي |
| Description: | the developing countries continued pursuit of economic development under the unstable global circumstances and the accelerating economic variables, besides the difficulty to join the developed countries, through our study on financing the economic growth between the economics of leverage and the economics of global markets and despite their tremendous efforts to achieve a strong economy, the developing countries couldn’t achieve their goals since they focused mainly on the economic side rather than the others. Through our findings, we show that the term “development” cannot, by any means be devided. In addition to that, It’s not possible to adopt models to achieve a development that is incompatible with the stat’s structure because the path to development is based on the determination of the peoples to change and move forward. Despite the fact that financial markets have become prominent in the modern economy only by their success and efficiency in supporting economic development, It has not taken its place in these countries, and this is what we have achieved by addressing the Algerian stock market, which is characterized by the lack of efficiency and overall effectiveness, the general economic situation was negatively affected, contrary to what turkey achieved in this field and the quality of the Turkish economy. |
