| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة ماهية الملكية الفكرية التي تتمثل في مجموعة قواعد موضوعية تضع من أجل حماية حقوق ذهنية وتنقسم الى قسمين أديية فنية وصناعية ولها أهمية كبيرة وتتكفل مجموعة من المنظمات لحمايتها. مع التطور التكنولوجي وظهور شبكة الانترنت ظهرت المصنفات الرقمية والتي منها برامج حاسب آلي وقواعد البيانات حظيت باهتمام كبير إذ تم وضع لها قوانين لحمايتها حيث قام المشرع الجزائري وضع مجموعة قوانين لحماية المصنفات الرقمية ومنها الأمر 03.05 ووضع إجراءات لحمايتها تتمثل في استباقية ومدنية وجزائية. |
| Description: | This study aims to know the nature of intellectual property, which is represented in a set of objective rules mentality set in order to protect rights. It is divided into two parts: literary, technical, and industrial. It is of great importance, and a group of organizations undertake to protect it. With the technological development and the emergence of the Internet, digital filters appeared, including computer programs and databases, which received great attention, as laws were put in place to protect them. The Algerian legislator established a set of laws to protect digital works, and the order was 03.05 and established procedures to protect them from proactive, civil and penal. |
