| Résumé: | اليقظة الإسبتراتيجية هي الآلية التي تجعل المؤسسة في وضعية الاستماع التوقعي لبيئة أعمالها فهي تزود المؤسسة بالمعلومات التي تؤهلها لمواجهة المنافسة بشكل أفضل كما تساعد على التوقع بالتقلبات والتغيرات قبل حدوثها الأمر الذي يمنحها الأسبقية سواء في اقتناص الفرص أو تجنب التهديدات فكل معلومة توفرها يمكن أن تشكل إما فرصة تستغلها المؤسسة لصالحها وتعبر بذلك مكانتها التنافسية أو تحديد من شأنه التأثير على تنافسيتها وبذلك أرباحها. هدف هذه الدراسة إبراز الدور الذي تلعبه اليقظة الإسبتراتيجية في تحسبن أداء البنوك ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد استمارة استبيان حيث تم توزيع 37 استمارة تم استرجاع 31 منها ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استعمال برنامج SPSS V22 وهذا للوصول إلى نتائج أهمها تبني نظام يقظة فعال داخل البنك يؤدي لتحسن الأدائه. |

It provides the institution with the information that qualifies it to better face competition, also helps to Anticipating fluctuations and changes before they occur, which gives them precedence in both seizing opportunities or avoid threats, because every piece of information you provide can either be an opportunity for the organization to exploit in its favour Thus, it enhances its competitive position, or a threat that would affect its competitiveness and thus its profits this study aims to highlight the role that strategic vigilance plays in improving the performance of banks to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared, where 37 questionnaires were distributed and returned forms, and to test the study's hypotheses, the SPSS V22 program was used, and this is to access the most important results are the adoption of an effective vigilance system within the bank that leads to improving its performance. |
