| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدارسة الحالیة إلى معرفة العلاقة بین القیم التنظیمیة والص ا رع التنظیمي بمؤسسة نفطال بولایة تیارت وانطلقت هذه الد ا رسة من التساؤل المركزي الآتي: هل توجد علاقة بین القیم التنظیمیة والصا رع التنظیمي داخل مؤسسة نفطال بولایة تیارت؟ وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحلیلي وتم استخدام المقیاس من أجل جمع المعلومات من أجل لإلمام بموضوع الد ا رسة بكافة الجوانب. وطبقت الد ا رسة على عینة من 52 مفردة، وتفسیرها وأسفرت الد ا رسة على النتائج الآتیة: - توجد علاقة بین القیم التنظیمیة والص ا رع التنظیمي بمؤسسة نفطال بولایة تیارت. - توجد علاقة بین القیم الاقتصادیة والص ا رع التنظیمي بمؤسسة نفطال بولایة تیارت. - توجد علاقة بین القیم الاجتماعیة والص ا رع التنظیمي بمؤسسة نفطال بولایة تیارت. |
| Description: | The present study aimed to establish the relationship between organizational values and organizational conflict in Naftal, Tiaret State. This study started from the central question: Is there a relationship between organizational values and organizational conflict within Naftal, Tiaret State? The descriptive approach was used and the metric was used to gather information in order to familiarize itself with the subject matter of the study in all respects. The study was applied to a sample of 52 individuals, interpreted and produced the following results: -There is a relationship between organizational values and organizational conflict in Naftal, Tiaret State. -There is a relationship between economic values and organizational conflict in Naftal, Tiaret State. -There is a relationship between social values and organizational conflict in Naftal Foundation, Tiaret State. |
