| Résumé: | إن عملية التنمية المحلية أصبحت ضرورة حتمية لتقدم و تطور الدول من خلال المشاريع التنموية والتي تحتاج موارد مالية من أجل ذلك، كما تعتبر الضريبة المحلية ركيزة أساسية في إيرادات الدولة والتي تساهم في التنمية المحلية. ومن خلال هذه المذكرة حاولنا القيام بتوضيح دور الضريبة المحلية في دعم التنمية المحلية وذلك من خلال قيامنا بدراسة تطبيقية على مستوى بلدية ملاكو. وقد توصلنا أن الضريبة المحلية تمثل نسبة كبيرة من إيرادات البلدية ورغم اختلاف وتعدد الموارد الضريبية إلا أن مساهمتها في التنمية المحلية تكون بنسب قليلة . |
| Description: | The process of local development has become an imperative for the progress and development of countries through development projects that need financial resources for that, and the local tax is a mainstay in state revenues that contribute to local development. Through this note, we tried to clarify the role of the local tax in supporting local development, by conducting an applied study at the level of the municipality of mellakou. We have concluded that the local tax represents a large percentage of the municipality's revenues, and despite the diversity and multiplicity of tax resources, its contribution to local development is in small proportions. |
