| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة دور استراتيجية التمكين في تحقيق التغيير التنظيمي في مؤسسة الموارد المائية لولاية تيارت ،ولتحقيق هذه الغاية قمنا بتقسيم د راستنا إلى جانبين: جانب نظري : حاولنا من خلاله توضيح الإطار النظري والتصوري للدراسة الذي يتضمن أسباب اختيار الموضوع وأىميته وأهدافه،والإشكالية والفرضيات و التطرق إلى الجهاز المفاهيمي للد راسة وعرض لأهم الدراسات السابقة والمقاربة النظرية للدراسة. جانب ميداني : حاولنا من خلاله إتباع استراتيجية منيجية متكاممة شخوت لنا الواقع الفعمي لمتغيرات الد راسة حيث، اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لأنه يتماشى مع طبيعة الموضوع وتم استخدام الاستمارة لجمع البيانات ، أما العينة فكانت % عشوائية طبقية تمثمت في 111 مفردة بنسبة 55 من مجتمع البحث موزعة عمى الفئات المينية في المؤسسة وتم إستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحوائية والاستعانة بمعامل الإرتباط بيرسون وذلك لكشف العلاقة بين أبعاد الدراسة ،ولقد تم تحميل وتفسير نتائج الد راسة في ضوء الفرضيات والدراسات السابقة وفي الأخير تم التطرق إلى بعض التوصيات. |
| Description: | The aim of this study was to try to learn about the role of the enabling strategy for organizational change in the Water Resources Foundation of the State of Tiaret, and to that end we divided our study into two aspects : In my view: we tried to clarify the conceptual and conceptual framework for the study, which includes the reasons for the choice, relevance and objectives of the topic, problematic assumptions and assumptions, and the conceptual design of the study and presentation of the most important previous studies and theoretical approaches to the study. A field aspect: Through which we tried to follow a systematic and integrated strategy of study variables, we relied on the descriptive curriculum because it was consistent with the nature of the topic and the sample was used to collect data, and the sample was random: 112 per cent of the research community was used to detect the relationship between the study dimensions, and the results of the study were analysed and interpreted in the light of past hypotheses and studies, and some recommendations were addressed. |
