Résumé:	هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أسباب العزوف عن القراءة عند التلاميذ من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين على المكتبات المدرسية والعمومية، وتحديد الفروق في هذه الأسباب بين المعلمين والمشرفين على المكتبات، اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي الذي يتناسب مع أهداف الدراسة وتساؤلاتها ،طبقت الدراسة على عينة تمثلت 15 معلما ومشرفا، اختيرت بطريقة قصدية، منها 100 معلم ومعلمة موزعة على جميع الأطوار التعليمية الثلاثة (ابتدائي، متوسط، ثانوي)، وعلى 50 مشرف ومشرفة على المكتبات المدرسية العمومية على مستوى ولاية تيارت وبعض البلديات التابعة لها، بالاعتماد على استبيان أسباب العزوف عن القراءة عند التلاميذ المعد لهذا الغرض، المكون من 44 فقرة موزعة على أربعة أبعاد تتمثل في: (الأسباب المتعلقة بالتلميذ وبيئته، الأسباب المتعلقة بالمنهج وطبيعة الكتب المتوفرة، الأسباب المتعلقة بالتطور التكنولوجي)، تم تحليل بيانات SPSS باستخدام: المتوسط الحسابي الانحراف المعياري، النسب المئوية، اختبار "T" لعينة واحدة واختبار "T" لعينيتين مستقلتين، توصلنا في هذه الدراسة على النتائج التالية: - أسباب عزوف التلاميذ عن القراءة عند التلاميذ من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين على المكتبات المدرسية والعمومية هي أسباب متعلقة بالتطور التكنولوجي في الرتبة الأولى بنسبة 87.4 %، وأسباب متعلقة بالتلميذ وبيئته في الرتبة الثانية بنسبة 71.6 % ، وأسباب متعلقة بالمنهاج وطبيعة الكتب المتوفرة في الرتبة الثالثة بنسبة %65.8 ، وأسباب متعلقة بالمكتبات المدرسية والعمومية في الرتبة الرابعة بنسبة 62.4 % - لا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المعلمين والمشرفين على المكتبات المدرسية والعمومية في أسباب العزوف عن القراءة لدى التلاميذ .
Description:	The study aimed to determine the reasons for the students’ reluctance to read from the point of view of teachers and supervisors of school and public libraries, and to determine the differences in these reasons between teachers and supervisors of libraries. They were chosen intentionally, including 100 teachers distributed over all three educational levels (primary, intermediate, secondary), and 50 supervisors and supervisors of public school libraries at the level of the state of Tiaret and some of its municipalities, based on a questionnaire prepared for the reasons for reluctance to read among students prepared for this The purpose, which consists of 44 paragraphs distributed over four dimensions: (reasons related to the student and his environment, reasons related to the curriculum and the nature of available books, reasons related to technological development), the data of the study tool were analyzed based on SPSS using: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentages. , "T" test for one sample and "T" test for two independent samples. In this study, we reached the following results: - The reasons for students’ reluctance to read among students from the point of view of teachers and supervisors of school and public libraries are reasons related to technological development in the first rank with a percentage of 87.4%, and reasons related to the student and his environment in the second rank with a percentage of 71.6%, and reasons related to the curriculum and the nature of books available in the third rank with a percentage 65.8%, and reasons related to school and public libraries ranked fourth with 62.4%. - There are no statistically significant differences between teachers and supervisors of school and public libraries in the reasons for students' reluctance to read.
